The 2nd International English Language Teaching Conference

General Information and Submission Guidelines for Authors   

All presenters are encouraged to submit papers on their presentations for inclusion in the Conference Selections of the 2nd International ELT Conference.  Papers to be considered for publication should be submitted to the Conference Organizing Committee during the conference.  The Conference Selections is a refereed publication with an ISBN number. 

Points to be considered: 

1. The papers should not exceed 20 double spaced pages (or 7000 words) including references, notes, and tables. 

2. The papers must have an informative abstract of not more than 200 words. 

3. The papers should conform to the requirements of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th edition). 

4. The preferred way to submit your paper is a disk in Word, together with three hardcopies.  Papers will not be returned to authors therefore, authors should keep a copy for themselves. 

5. The papers should be type written in Microsoft Word (font: Times New Roman / font size:12 points). 

6. Poster sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and panel discussions should also be written up in the form of an academic paper. 

7. The papers should be edited and proofread. 

8. The papers should include a very brief biographical statement of maximum 50 words. 

9. The papers will be acknowledged after the conference, so please get in touch with the Conference Organizing Committee if you don’t receive an acknowledgement.  Notification on acceptance will be send to the authors by letter before the end of September.
